Lou Bartlett launched Watercress Development in 2007 to redevelop an 86-acre golf course near Huntsville, Alabama’s Cummings Research Park and Redstone Arsenal into a mixed-use development; this produced sixty million dollars worth of retail, multi-family and hotel assets, using no outside capital. She continues to develop new opportunities in selected markets, and oversees land planning, concept and product development, legal, entitlement and market analysis at The Watercress Companies. Bartlett holds a J.D. (1987) and a B.A. (1984) from the University of Alabama and has been a member of the State Bar Associations of Alabama and New York.

Bo Bailey has built and managed all phases of construction in multi and single-family residential projects. He has worked with Signature Homes' Huntsville, and Hoover, Alabama divisions, Doster Construction, Birmingham, Alabama and D.R. Horton Homes, Birmingham Alabama division. Bailey holds a current State of Alabama Home Builder license and a State of Alabama Real Estate Broker license. He earned an M.B.A. (2003) from the University of Alabama in Birmingham and a B.S. in Business Administration, with emphasis in real estate finance (1999) from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Bailey oversees construction, asset management and real estate brokerage at The Watercress Companies.
